Fortune is 19, from Harare, Zimbabwe. He is the fastest man at ALA. He claims to have started sprinting in his cricket team six years ago. He was a fast paced baller and he’s been running ever since. Fortune says “It’s all about your mental state. Good thoughts propel you and bad thoughts slow you down. Just try to surround yourself with what makes you happy. Also practice a lot. 10,000 hours of practice applies to anything. It especially applies to running.”
